It took me three to find mine. I've been going to him for 5 yrs now and love him. However, he is not a member of the ACR, in the beginning I was really hung up on that but I got over it. He is an excellent RD and came highly recommended. You pay way too much for medical care to let anyone treat you this way. If you don't understand demand he explain again. Tell him you are the one he should be talking to not your wife (no offense to her). I take my mtx at night before bed that way if I have any side affects I sleep through them. I've forgotten to take mine before to. My Rd told me if it is the next day take it otherwise just skip that week, you don't want too much of it in your system so close together. Don't let anyone make you feel bad for not doing a drug study. It is very risky and your decision and your alone.
