Guest guest Posted March 15, 2001 Report Share Posted March 15, 2001 On March 23, 1999, I woke up at 4am in the morning....which was usual for me.....walked past the mirrors on the wall of my bedroom, on the way to the sunroom for a smoke. Took one look at myself in those mirrors and decide right then and there NO MORE SMOKING! I was 52 and looked years older. Haven't had a cigarette since! If I can do it, anyone can. I have only ideas about what else it is doing for me, but it sure cleaned my lungs out and is keeping them that way. If you have not read my post, I have been a smoker for the past 45 years and electrification [since 9 Jan 2010] does not appear to be in any conflict, or an anhancement of the smoking effects.
