Guest guest
Ann, I used to eat sunflower seeds but I found out that they have some Vit. E in it which is to be avoided by Type O. Am I wrong that type O? can type O take vit. E. When I took Vit. E I felt tired too tired to do my excercises. in California Re: Re:Elize > In a message dated 4/10/00 11:14:55 PM Eastern Daylight Time, > sherrymccartney@... writes: > > << as calcuim after the > second day of taking it keeps me awake >> > > I fall fast asleep after a handful of Sunflower Seeds. Guest guest
Hello, I am not sure if we have to avoid the naturally occuring Vitamin E in foods or just avoid the supplement of Vit. E. Rather, I think we O types just need the essential benefit of Vit. E, not Vit. E indirectly or directly. The benefit of E is that it protects red blood cells, acts as an antioxidant, and it maintains the stabilization of cell membranes. However the toxicity symptons are interference with anti-clotting medication and general discomfort. Would you know of anything that can give these benefits that is not associated to V. E? I try to excercise everyday, I weigh 161 LB. 5 9' and I use to eat sunflower seeds throughout the day and peanuts, now I just turned to pumpkin seeds. I found out that when I eat some green grapes or a bannana I can fall alseep with ease and for a long time. I do not know if it is just the grapes or the bannan or maybe I was just tired. Guest guest
Elize, why do you take the olive leaf every day? Pam and still learning.
Guest guest
Dear Pam When I bought the Olive Leaf capsules from the Health Shop I was told to use 2 capsules per day for a month as it will help with ME and Candida and according to the assistant the Candida should clear within a month. Thereafter I can go on a maintenance programme using only one capsule per day. Is this the right thing to do? Have a great day Elize >>> pneuenhoffski@... 04/07/00 06:50PM >>>
Guest guest
Pamela, stick with the meal planning it gets better the more you do it. I find that magnesium with calcium is better for me as calcuim after the second day of taking it keeps me awake. Does anyone else have that problem. We are all so different aren't we. We have raisins and currents usually black or dark in colour from black grapes. Currents are very small, raisins and sultanas being bigger. with Sultanas being light in colour as they are from green grapes. > >Hope that helps > >Greetings > >Elize > >>>> sherrymccartney@... 05/17/00 07:52PM >>> > > > > >You are receiving this email because you elected to subscribe to the mailing list.
