Guest guest
Hi Aikya and others, I've had diarrhea for weeks a short while ago. Mine apparently was caused by the Chlorophyll I was taking to get detoxed from my amalgam fillings removal. As soon as I stopped taking the chlorophyll, the diarrhea went away. Also I noticed a major improvement of my flatulence and indigestion complaints when I cut back my intake of carbohydrates by 80% or so. It seems vegetarians and other health food eaters are prone to this kind of problems. The intestines can only digest a given amount of carbohydrates. The rest of the carbohydrates causes indigestion with possibly diarrhea. I read about this subject on a website about irritable bowel syndrome. After 18 years of lactovegetarianism I have started to eat meat since I embarked on the ER4YT diet. I am doing quite well actually. I am going to give the diet a few months and then see if I will continue. My major health problem is a systemic candidiasis. I am working on this by getting rid of the amalgam fillings in my mouth, which has just been fulfilled this week. Next step is improving my overall condition. Hope the above information helps you or others. By the way, I was in California myself the last 2 weeks. I had a real difficult time staying away from the sugar donuts that are available everywhere. I had to start back on the diet all over again once I got home. Nevertheless it was a wonderful vacation.
