Hi Debby,

Lectins are not ingredients in foods that would be listed on labels. They

are hidden culprits that react differently with different blood types to

cause problems. That is why one food is an avoid for one blood type and HB

for another blood type. Dr. D explains all of this in the being of ER4YT

book. If you haven't read the book it would be a good thing to do. He

explains all the chemical explanations behind avoids.

Sharon

Thanks for the info on artichokes - guess I'll have to expand my culinary

horizons a little!

By the way, how does one determine which avoid foods are lectins and which

are simply labeled too acidic for O's? I've suspected that there is a

difference, but haven't read anything in either ER4YT or CR4YT that helps

to readily distinguish...

I try to avoid the " avoids " , but occasionally indulge in a real cup of

coffee or a cup of decaf, for instance. Haven't noticed any ill effects

from either one, but you don't always notice any side effects with a lectin

food.

So much to learn!

Dear Nelsie or Shucky,

I am going to make some of this cream up for my friend who is a farmer. Her

hands are painful to look at. I'm wondering one thing. Is this to wear

while you are gardening as a barrier to the elements, or afterwards?

Thanks for your help,

Somehow, I missed this recipe.......and I have to admit I used to save all

the recipes from Shucky/Nelsie. I believe she had a site or newsletter....I

signed up for it (because I valued her opinions)....but I must have done it

wrong because I never heard again. I am not complaining, as I was writing

this, I remembered tht and hopefully someone will direct me to her

site/newsletter again.

If anyone has this recipe, could you mail it to me privately.

TIA

Judy

>what's the difference - basically - especially as respects treating lyme? Is

this something you use in addition to EMEM3 - or do they do basically the same

thing?

I think your question is better directed to a list dedicated to frequency

treatments. This list is about blood electrification which is almost completely

opposite in its approach. For more information about the differences please

follow the appropriate links at http://www.ioa.com/~dragonfly/bbstuff.html
