Guest guest
Hi, This sounds interesting. I know vinegar is wonderful for you. You can put like a tablespoon in a glass of water and sip on it while you're eating to help your tummy acid problems. The older we get, we tend to lose that good acid in our stomachs. This is supposed to help. Thanks for the info, Susie

Guest guest
He said it was very high in potassium. Supposed to relieve many problems like sore or cramping muscles, dry hair and skin, mental clarity, under- or over- weight, eliminating toxins, kidney stones, tissue elasticity, etc. Mixture is 1 tsp. of honey, 2 tsp. natural apple cider vinegar, then fill the glass with pure water. This info is from his book... Apple Cider Vinegar Health System. Guest guest
Hi all, I posted this on the bowel cleanse list, and thought it might help someone here as well: Bragg's GB Cleanse uses no citrus at all (for those who may be allergic or can't stand the taste of citrus).... In an 8 oz. glass put one third olive oil, two thirds pure apple juice and add one tablespoon of pure natural apple cider vinegar (the kind with the " mother " in it). You take this mixture three times the first day. NO FOOD IS EATEN DURING THIS GALL BLADDER FLUSH. On the second day you take it twice.... on both days you may drink all the apple juice you desire, but no other liquid (not even water). On the morning of the third day eat a generous salad of raw cabbage, carrots, celery, beet root, taomatoes and lettuce with generous amounts of cider vinegar and olive oil. Eat a dish of steamed greens such as spinach, kale, beet tops or any other cooked leafy greens. Watch your bowel movements and see what happens. This info is from Bragg's book, Apple Cider Vinegar Health System.
Guest guest
Do you think its ok to take apple vinegar cider with candidas? I bought some and tried it yesterday...without the honey and had a not so nice reaction. I was wondering if it was a die off reaction or a increase in activity since you are suppose to avoid vinegars when you have candida. Thanks, Barbara > He said it was very high in potassium. Guest guest
I'm sorry Barbara, I don't know. I don't know much about candida. I'm kind of afraid to research it, too, because it seems that the more I learn about all this stuff, the more I realize how sick I really am! ) Everytime I see another list of symptoms for various problems, I seem to have most of them! I hope someone can answer your question. Jewel > Do you think its ok to take apple vinegar cider with candidas? Guest guest
Hi Barbara, An herbalist friend says that people with candida CAN use apple cider vineger. And yes, your reaction was probably die off. Congratulations on your efforts to improve your health. Virginia
Guest guest
Thanks for the info Virginia..I had heard that apple cider vinegar was good for creating the proper ph balance in your intestines so I bought a bottle. Then after I took some, I had those problems. Sometimes its hard to know if what you are experiencing is a die off reaction or a new problem being created. I'll give the vinegar another shot.
