There is not a list confirming whether or not you bought the book, and the Live

Right list, which you are on, is the one most designed for issues related to the

new book, along with the Cook Right list -- for ALL blood types and factors,

which now number about 26, not just four.

There is a website for Dr. D'Adamo, and the book tells you about it on page 375.

It is a good idea to check it now and then for updates, as well as the Live

Right list for the latest info that becomes available as the research continues.

You will eventually want to learn your secretor status, and preferably get a

full blood serotype and learn your other blood factors as well, in order to

fully utilize the food lists properly. When you get the full blood serotype, you

will also get a personalized food list for you based on your individual factors.

There have been many posts on the Live Right list about these tests. Saturday,

May 12 is a good day to look in the message archives for that list to find a lot

of information about the tests and related topics.

Many people find it helpful to be on the Live Right list and Cook Right list, as

well as one or two of the lists just for their particular blood type, such as

this O list, since you are an O. There are two O lists. By joining all these

lists, you tend to get the most well-rounded education, in my opinion.

Hello Everyone,

Here's some questions.

I've just purchased LR4YT, the book... waiting for the movie (joking!)

I remember hearing there is an alternate sight that lists the latest

info on blood type and health.

So...

1) Alternate Website, where?

2) How do I confirm that I've bought the book?

3) Is there a list on Dr. Dadamo's site that is dependant on whether you

bought the book?
