Re: [fibromyalgiacured] Re: Jeanie in the deep freeze

From: AKchum@...

Hi, Jeanie. Reverse osmosis reportedly removes 85 - 95% of the fluoride from

the water. Distilled is the only way to remove it all. The water company

you buy from will give you the information on demand. I think they are

required to by law. I've never had a company tell me they won't. They may

very well have fluoride in the water. If you are still cooking with tap

water you may still be getting a significant amount of fluoride that way too.

Bottled juices, pops, and many other bottled and canned foods have alot of

fluoride from being processed in fluoridated areas too. Even foods labeled

organic can get a significant amount of fluoride in them that way.

My son and I are very sensitive to the fluoride in the water where we live

now. We are going to move as soon as our lease expires. We live in Tempe,

AZ now, and signed the lease before we figured out that fluoride is our

problem. My son cannot be bathed in fluoridated water at all. You also get

fluoride from breathing the steam. So getting the shower done quickly and

drying off right away helps.

I hear you about the smog. Air quality in Fairbanks in the winter is the

worst. Anchorage has much better air quality, but has fluoride in the water.

And I really hear you about being sick of it all. I feel like my family is

fighting for it's very existence in a chemically poisoned environment. I

loved Alaska, and wanted to live there for the rest of my life. But the

thyroid damage caused by the fluoride makes cold weather hard to take now, so

we can't go back. The fluoride thing really ticks me off because I don't

understand why it's so hard for people to understand why I don't want

poisonous industrial waste in my water! DUH! And it would be so easy to

simply STOP. Sigh...

www.nofluoride.com is a good place to start if you want to learn more about

fluoride cuz they don't try to sell you anything at all. Good luck to you.

M.
