Guest guest
For those of you wishing to lose weight I have a couple of possible suggestions to try. The first is obviously exercise. We are supposed to need VIGOROUS exercise to be the lean people O's are supposed to be. It just has to be a priority. It is with me because I have such a bad back that its vital as physical therapy. Another factor is water - drinking plenty is important. When I had my second child I had so much water weight that my feet jiggled when I was in the hospital and they told me to lose that I needed to drink drink drink. It worked. How late you eat at night is a big factor. Best not to eat anything except maybe fruit (and only a few hours after eating anything else) into the late evening. I go by the Fit for Life advice to eat only fruit before noon. I don't work (or do at home - homeschool and am in training to do Med. Transcription from home) so this is easier for me - but I don't get hungry for real food till after noon. Your body adjusts to it. I make fruit shakes with my vita-mix. It is your bodies cleansing period when it gets rid of the food from the day before ideally at least. May mean a few trips to the bathroom. Not a pleasant subject, but most of our bowels don't function as they should. Cleansing can help us rid ourselves of unnecessary weight. Just a few suggestions.
