Guest guest
Hi, i have just recently purchased ER4YBT and have started implementing it into my diet. my problem is that i am a strict lacto-vegetarian & am not quite sure how to compensate for this, i cannot eat too much soya, is it ok to eat loads of beans ;-)instead of meat? r there any web sites where i can find suggested menus etc.? Thanx Eva
Guest guest
Hi Eva, This is something that I struggled with when I started the diet, too. I had been a vegetarian for a number of years and just did not like eating meat. The nutritionist who recommended that I start the diet said that I really needed to be consuming for animal protien and that vegetable protiens (like beans & rice) would not be as easily absorbed and utilized by my body. I asked if eating fish and eggs would suffice and she said that she thought it would. I do also eat beans & rice at times as well as tofu. My gut tells me that I would be better off eating more meat--but I can't stand it, so I don't. I just try to eat as much fish as possible. As for dairy products, for me personally, they are the worst for my system to digest, so I avoid them like the plague. Take care, Vegetarian type O << File: ATT00007.htm >>
