Guest guest
I just got my basic hard cheese kit from the people mentioned at http://www.cheesemaking.com and I'm happy with it. Not sure if it was the cheapest way to go, but I needed to simplify my beginning efforts and a kit works for me! Here are some other online suppliers http://www.leeners.com http://www.hoeggergoatsupply.com/cheese_2.html (the same supplies work for cow and goat milk) http://www.thegrape.net In Canada http://glengarrycheesemaking.on.ca Some information here, including building your cheese press http://fiascofarm.com I haven't dealt with any of these except for cheesemaking.com but a friend of mine has bought stuff from hoeggergoatsupply for years and very happy with them.
