I would think it would depend on your avocado to other veggie ratio. Price

noted a high phosphorus intake as essential to calcium utilization.

Phosphorus excess is in our society can harm calcium utilization but I think

that is mainly due to the enormous amounts via phosphoric acid in sodas, not

from vegetables. I don't remember the ratio but I think you want something

like a 2:1 cal-ph ratio, others I'm sure know it on here. I don't think the

exact dietary proportion is important b/c the body has a balancing mechanism

to my understanding as long as there isn't severe excess or shortage.Just

make sure to get lots of calcium from other veggies, either dairy, bone

broth, or you could soak egg shells in raw apple cider vinegar (or any other)

and use the vinegar on salads, etc. That's my take anyway.

" What can one say of a soul, of a heart, filled with compassion? It is a

heart which burns with love for every creature: for human beings, birds, and

animals, for serpents and for demons. The thought of them and the sight of

them make the tears of the saint flow. And this immense and intense

compassion, which flows from the heart of the saints, makes them unable to

bear the sight of the smallest, most insignificant wound in any creature.

Thus they pray ceaselessly, with tears, even for animals, for enemies of the

truth, and for those who do them wrong. "

I've heard the ratio of phosphorus to calcium is very high so... should I be

juicing more high cal veggies since I have osteo?
