Hi NTer's,

I noticed in the last issue of Wise Traditions, Sally has 6 ounces of

kombucha every day. It is my understanding that it has powerful detox

qualities and anyone starting to take it should start with a tiny,

tiny amount. Perhaps the amount Sally takes says a lot for Sally's

state of health!I am assuming the sicker you are the smaller the

first dose should be? Is this true if you are taking the commercially

available AMkombucha brand instead of the home brew. I just thought

it might be weaker than the homemade type.

Have any of you had any experience with this product or other brands

of kombucha and it's effects?

TIA,

Sheila

thank you Sheila for addressing this.. I was wondering about this one also

.... I was wondering too if kombucha would be contraindicated for someone

with osteoporosis because of the tea...
