Guest guest Posted March 27, 2003 Report Share Posted March 27, 2003 Hi all, Recently talked to Sally Fallon and she tells me she takes 2 TABLESPOONS of cod liver oil every day, stirred into a glass of water. I sooooo dread taking it and I have only been taking a teaspoon per day. I upped it to one tablespoon after talking to her, but I take it in the morning and then burp horrible cod liver oil burps until lunchtime. It's hard enough to get down in the first place, and I just can't stand tasting it again all morning. At Radiant Life's suggestion I take it on an empty stomach just before eating breakfast. Hasn't really helped. They also had suggested the liquid rather than capsules, but I feel like that hasn't helping the burping either, and then I have to taste it going down too! (I mix it with X-Factor butter oil and chase it with kombucha, but nothing can REALLY hide that taste.) Any suggestions? Jill -- Mind & Media, Inc.
