Guest guest
Hello, Thanks everyone for the answers regarding calcium. I have been away from the user groups for a while so I have not answered the questions that my note generated. Regarding butter... we were told to use lots of butter to aid detoxification. For some reason butter doesn't cause a problem. I am wondering if cooked milk is the source of the problem since raw seemed to cause fewer problems. At this point I am now devoting my time to compensating for milk instead of incorporating it in the diet. Thanks, Gail Z. > Hello, > > We have had to stop all dairy except butter.
