There was an empty field there in the middle of the city and a man grazed his cows there. I would check and see if they are still there. Even if he doesn't milk cows he might know someone who does. If he is still there. If not, I would take a drive out to southwest Phoenix into the rural area where people have horses and cows and pigs and stop at a few homes and ask around. That is probably your best bet. Or go into a feed shop in that area and ask them if anyone local sells milk. Happy hunting.
