Hi everybody,

Can someone please tell me what Kombucha is? How you make

it? And what I need to get started?

Is it something like Kefir?

I know, a lot of questions, but hope someone will answer

Thank you

I have a whole kombucha library posted on my web site.

Including pictures and safe brewing tips, bottling, the

difference in teas and sugars, what to look out for.

Also toll free help if you have any questions.

Kombucha is fermented. Kefir is fermented.

One folk name for kefir is Tibetan Mushroom.

Kombucha is often referred to as the Manchurian Mushroom.

Hi Amy,

I can attest that kombucha is not good for yeast. I used to crave those suckers

like crazy and drink 32 oz a day!! It was my yeast that was craving... so

grateful to be off of those.
