Guest guest
Someone had mentioned soaking egg shells in vinegar to leech out the calcium. What would the proportions be? 1 egg shell to 1 cup of vinegar? How would you know how much calcium your getting this way? Could you get too much? I was also thinking that it would probably work just as well soaking the egg shells in Kombucha. I would use it much more this way than with the vinegar. What do you think? Guest guest
I just use however many egg shells I happen to have and fill a jar with vinegar. I don't measure it. I have no idea how much calcium leaches. Kombucha would probably work if it is fermented enough to have significant acidity. Chris ____ " What can one say of a soul, of a heart, filled with compassion? It is a heart which burns with love for every creature: for human beings, birds, and animals, for serpents and for demons. The thought of them and the sight of them make the tears of the saint flow. And this immense and intense compassion, which flows from the heart of the saints, makes them unable to bear the sight of the smallest, most insignificant wound in any creature. Thus they pray ceaselessly, with tears, even for animals, for enemies of the truth, and for those who do them wrong.
