Or just put them through the blender. If you are into stuff like that, a Vitamix will turn *anything* into " milk " , even bones. But eggshells will blend into a smoothie just fine, with any blender. BTW eggs COME coated, right out of the hen. When she lays an egg, it is coated in a slimy goo, which thickens. If you don't wash it off, it protects the egg.
