Interesting articles Roman. I also read a small excerpt today on the

ing vs Pasteur debate. Apparrently it wasn't until Pasteur was on

his death bed that he finally admitted ing was probably right.

The refined foods consumed so regularly nowadays are the perfect diet

for many pathogenic parasites, who not only leach our body of

vitamins, but produce ample amounts of toxins in the process. In my

opinion, we will never be able to totally avoid harmful parasites,

but we can adjust our diet so that there is no food source for them

to live and multiply in our bodies.
