Cabbage juice is supposed to work in just a few days, literally. I would think

fermented would be best, if you were to use it longer than a few days. That way

the goitregenic properties would be eliminated.

Subject: Kefir and ulcers?

A friend of a friend was wondering about the following:

>I have a friend recently diagnosed with a stomach ulcer, Does anyone out

there

>have any experience with treating ulcers? He hasn't been willing to sample my

>kefir smoothies, but maybe will if he thinks it's good for an ulcer.

Comments,

>please.

It seems to be that kefir couldn't hurt, but I've never had an ulcer, and

don't

know diddley.
