Guest guest Posted February 26, 2003 Report Share Posted February 26, 2003 Hi There: I want to make pemmican. For those of you who have been making pemmican, what kind of fat have you been using? I was told that one grass fed bison has only about 4-5 lbs of suet (the fat by the kidneys). I'm hoping to get a larger amount of fat.
