All I can link to them is that they began with pasteurized, homogenized milk consumption that coincided with my teens and pretty much went away when I stopped all dairy except yogurt and hard cheeses about 10 years ago. With raw dairy, coconut milk and coconut oil over the last year and more improvement I can now shave my legs above the knee for the first time ever without worrying about aggravating hairs. Another less likely theory is fats. They changed from lard and butter to vegetable shortening and margarine (loss of source and Mom being frugal much to mine and Dad's dismay on butter) same time. I've used butter during my 30 year married life. The other bad fats and oils have only come out of my diet in the last year. Wanita
Guest guest
Wanita, I have not been eating any other types of oil besides coconut or olive oil for the past month and my skin is less dry so it may just be a matter of time to see more changes. I wonder if using coconut oil as a moisturizer would help. The only dairy I eat is raw cheese and yogurt as I don't like milk, so it can't be that. Thanks Bella > Didn't really try anything to get rid of them.
