Absolutely agree with you, and my DH is a case in point...the more I tell him that his smoking and junk food at 300 pounds will cause US (him and me) misery...the more he resists my health message. I'm not perfect either and have a few vices of my own ;~O

Now, one of you did ask for the Super Tonic recipe so I posted it. Now I'll shut up about it, glad? LOL! No, but seriously it makes great salad dressing if not a spoon by spoon medicine... let me know what you think.
