Guest guest
Why the Bird Flu's so Dangerous This is an excellent article published today in the San Francisco. I personally believe that the Chron has some of the best science writers in the U.S.http://sfgate.com/cgi-bin/article.cgi?f=/c/a/2005/10/17/MNGRHF9FID1.DTL & hw=flu & sn=001 & sc=1000This flu virus has not yet passed from human to human. But it will. History says that mutations, even slight ones, can turn a bird flu into a human flu, and a deadly one at that. This article contains some great background information on the transmission of virus from bird to human. The virus has already been found in dead migratory birds in Romania. In a short period of time, the virus passed to domestic fowl. The virus, via migratory birds, is on its way to Europe Central and there is NOTHING anyone can do about it.Stay tuned...Grouppe Kurosawa, Medicine in the Public Interest(http://www.grouppekurosawa.com)
