Killing off an antracellular bug doesn't necessarily kill the cell. Muscle

cells in particular are huge - they result from the fusion of many

individual cells. With many nuclei, lots of mitochondria and so much

cytoplasm, having some dead parasites inside will not be fatal - it will

just cause them to need to put energy into cleaning up the mess.

If an antibiotic acted to kill the host cells, the toxicity would be

horrendous. They all have to try to act on something that the parasite uses

that the host cell doesn't.

Of course, that doesn't mean that they are free of side effects. Any small

molecule is going to have a very high number of interactions with all kinds

of cellular components, plus all the networks of interactions with those. So

side effects are going to show up.

everything sounds good except for the bagel part

have you read Ron Rosedale's article on insulin?

http://www.dfhi.com/interviews/rosedale.html

jen

****

Hey Jen..

after reading the article in Wise Traditions maybe a bagel every once in a

while is not so bad...

sometimes I try to eat so optimal when i just can't - reading that article

brought a sense of relief and made me realize that my diet is better than

the greater population that I come in contact with every day..

the 3-day menus of the various weston price board members were very

interesting.

Enig had 2 cups of coffee each day and a coco-mix with her milk -

Joyce Forristal had potato chips.

i was intrigued by the little additions that they had with each meal. and

each menu was different from the others...

did anyone read the article - if not I can try to scan and send as an

attachment (PDF).

let me know.

Re: The Story Such As It Is

Hi Sylvain,

Notice your t-cells have stayed over 400....so conventionally its

understood that you still have a somewhat adequate immune system or

infection fighting ability to ward of many common OI's that may occur

with fewer t-cells. I am curious if these natural therapies can enhance

or sustain cd-4's and eradicate viral populations. Are you going to keep

getting your cd-4s and viral load monitored? If your t-cells declined

systematically below 200 and the viral load elevated, stayed near the

same or dropped significantly.....the doctors would likely recommend you

begin the antr-virals. Would you consider that after these natural,

alternative therapies appeared no longer effective?

Has anyone other than that has tried medical
