Guest guest
I find these interesting, too! I do MUCH better when I have time to do a lot of cooking. I am often not at home for 12 hours a day, so if I can bring leftovers to work, I am in much better shape. Otherwise I am at the mercy of the pizza parlor (yikes!) and the " health " food deli --it's all about avoiding soy and sugar for me, and believe me, it's difficult. So, here is a sample menu on a very good day: Breakfast: Scrambled eggs cooked in butter and slathered with more raw butter after cooking bacon glass of full fat homemade kefir (sometimes raw) 1 cap. of CLO Lunch: Homemade borscht (my favorite soup) made with beef broth and topped with lots of crème fraiche mixed crispy nuts (today it's brazil, macadamia, and pumpkin seeds) Apple or pear with raw cheese Dinner: Roasted chicken with potatoes steamed broccoli with butter green salad made with good olive oil and raw ACV I don't actually eat tons of food. Right now I'm in a haagen daaz swiss vanilla almond phase...I'm waiting for my raw cream delivery so that I can make my own!

It would be good to get some other ideas ==> , there is a Folder inside the Candida Diet Folder. Bee
