Guest guest Posted March 7, 2003 Report Share Posted March 7, 2003 I have been trying off and on for several months to make yogurt that i am happy with. yesterday I finally succeeded !!Yeah!! Still not as firm as store bought but nice and thick not soupy like previous batches. Using a quart jar I warmed the milk to about 90 degrees or so and then using a fixture that i have that has nightlight type bulb in it i put the jar on this. . this fixture is intend to hold a quart jar so it worked well. I couldn't find the right lid so i put tin foil around the top and then draped a kitchen towel over it and went to bed. Ta Dah ! nice yogurt Can you tell that i am pleased?
