Guest guest
>>It usually helps with the pain but if you go back to a mainstream diet you will end up with more problems later.<< Do you know of anyone personally who has had problems? I know at LEAST 25 people (probably more if I really thought about it) who have had it done, eat whatever they want, and have had no problems. And only one of these people put on weight (20 lbs). My fiancee's mother is 85, had it out in her early 70's, and could not believe how much better she felt in general afterward. She is on no special diet. I keep hearing about all these problems,, but I would think that with all the people I know who have had their gallbladders out, I would hear more about it if it were more prevalent. I am sure that a few people here or there might have problems, but I feel thaat for most of these people, the gallbladder itself was probably not the main problem to begin with. I have trouble listening to people talk about all the problems people have, when this is not the experience of anyone I know. I have the same type of problem with this as I would have if some doctor told me that flushes were worthless aand unhealthy. It is not the experience of anyone I have talked with. Guest guest
Thanks for sharing your experience. Yes, the pain is definitely annoying and I am a stay at home mother of a 14 month old son (ALL BOY!) which makes my days even more challenging. Thank God, freedom from this pain is on the horizon. Guest guest
Lesa, do you mind if I ask when your son's birthday was? My son turned 1 year on Oct. 13. He is also ALL BOY, and I am also a stay-at-home mom. - ----- Original Message ----- From: Lesa <AmourSea@...> <gallstonesegroups> Sent: Thursday, December 14, 2000 1:07 PM Subject: Re: Lesa > Thanks for sharing your experience. > > Yes, the pain is definitely annoying and I am a stay at home mother of a 14 > month old son (ALL BOY!) which makes my days even more challenging.
