Your right I don't know. But I never knew you could drink 'too much' or that 24 to 36oz would cause severe constipation. I've heard of people who drink half or a gallon a day. I did drink pateurized milk in the past when weight lifting in quantity and never had a problem so far it's only been with the raw milk.
