Guest guest
I just recently got turned on to this type of eating even though in my native country it was not too uncommon. It just makes so much sense in every way. Recently purchased a book on childcare and the eating section left a lot to be desired. It stated that parents should not worry so much about sugar but instead focus on cholesterol if they are concerned about the child's health. Please! Only feed 3 to 4 eggs a week maximum , make sure they eat low fat dairy, lots of bread and pasta, fruit juice. No wonder children are having so many learning problems. My mother is a teacher and was commenting with her peers about how every year there just seems to be more and more children with learning problems or ADD. That is very sad indeed. After reading NPD & NT I have certainly become somewhat obsessive about eating right. While I am out I always look at people and see the outcome of a faulty diet. Unfortunately I also see it in myself and family I have many cavities from eating too much sugar in my younger years, my husband has the pinched nostrils and is a mouth breather and so his son and our son. For some reason my youngest daughter looks the healthiest, she is a solid & strong toddler, with a broad face and perfect nostrils(so far), never had an ear infection, only has had 3 colds. I hope everyone opens their eyes soon at what a disaster the modern diet is for people particularly children.
Guest guest
I do this too! Look for faulty bone structure like bulging forehead, narrow ribs, sunken cheekbones, eyes too close together/too far apart, dental arch too narrow. Adelle in " Let's Have Healthy Children " goes over the physical signs of malnutrition quite thoroughly. She even has sketches. It makes me so sad to see children who have been robbed of their right to a healthy and beautiful body and sound and strong mind by their well-meaning (but misinformed) parents. ******************************* While I am out I always look at people and see the outcome of a faulty diet.
