Guest guest
Hi folks, I bought some full-spectrum lights a year ago, but then realized they don't have UV rays. None at my health food store do. I haven't gotten around yet to looking for UV-emitting rays yet though. I found Ott Light's website, and everything they have requires buying a lighting fixture which are all very very expensive, except you can get fluorescent bulbs that fit standard overhead fluorescents. Problem is, I don't have an overhead fluroescent fixture. What do you folks use for lighting? Does anyone know of any UV-emitting bulbs that fit standard non-fluorescent light fixtures (whatever they're called). I want UV-emitting for when I cannot get an hour of sunlight outside and for when I use the computer, as it apparently reverses the effects of magnetizing the iron in your blood cells in your eyes from the comp's radiation. I've always been a very sensitive sleeper, and Dr. Mercola's recommendation to get an hour of sunlight on bare eyes (no eye or sunglasses, contacts, etc) has helped tremendously but is not always realistic with everything I have to do in life. Any advice is appreciated, TIA, Chris ____ " What can one say of a soul, of a heart, filled with compassion? It is a heart which burns with love for every creature: for human beings, birds, and animals, for serpents and for demons. The thought of them and the sight of them make the tears of the saint flow. And this immense and intense compassion, which flows from the heart of the saints, makes them unable to bear the sight of the smallest, most insignificant wound in any creature. Thus they pray ceaselessly, with tears, even for animals, for enemies of the truth, and for those who do them wrong.
