but its absolute vitamin E content is pretty small. It also has a high amount

of PUFA that that vitamin E is there to protect, so you're increasing the job

to be done at the same time as increasing the resources with which to do it.

I doubt that adding small amounts to most oils is going to make much of a

difference, assuming you are using unrefined low-pufa oils a la WAPF

recommendations.
