Guest guest Posted February 19, 2003 Report Share Posted February 19, 2003 Several people have highly recommended that I try eating raw glands (from grass-fed ruminants, of course) as well as organs, but to date I've been unable to find any. Can anyone suggest a source? One farmer told me it's illegal to sell them, so if this is a raw milk type of situation, please email me privately rather than endangering any farmers. (Please don't recommend North Star Bison; I react very poorly to whatever bacteria is in their meat, even though the liver tasted very clean.) - Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
