Guest guest
Thousands of chickens have been culled as a precaution on a Norfolk (east of England) farm. A strain of Bird flu has been found, but it is not known whether it is an " H7 " strain (less harmful to humans) or the dreaded H5N1. None of the farm workers is unwell. Norfolk is the main poultry-producing region, with an estimated 5 million birds kept for food production. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/4953306.stm
