Guest guest
I am glad to hear this, it definitely points me in the right direction. You sound very lean. Can you email me with more details on your " diet " ? It just seems that everyone who is into fitness follows a very strict high protein, low fat diet and my body does not like it. I end up not feeling hungry then I also get lightheaded. I have been adding butter and eating whole eggs since last week and I do feel less hungry, and have not gained either. Eating healthier produce and meats are not a problem since I have been careful about it for a while it is just adding the fat that was a concern.
