Hi Dedy,

I am assuming here but the sugar, salt, alcohol, caffeine and nicotine all

alkalinize everyone to some degree. There is some good info in this book that

makes sense to me. Mainly saying our bodies and diets are as different as our

outside appearance. Others are based on the sugar or fat you can't have rather

than what foods fit your metabolism. Maybe a non protein type might see it

differently. Some people are lukewarm on it and I do admit the publisher

likely

had the author leave out detail to the importance of the whole foods NT

covers.
