I just really want to make sure I understand. and others have said that separate fractionated whey/protein powders are no good since they are isolated and not whole food.. do not have the fat etc. I guess my ? would be ~is it ok to make protein drink if I add highly saturated fat such as coconut oil etc ? jen Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
