Guest guest
In a town in MA somewhat near me, a whole school just shut down for three days because so many people were sick. I've never heard of that before. And no one will realize it is as much a function of the people's health as the microbes' ambition. Chris ____ " What can one say of a soul, of a heart, filled with compassion? It is a heart which burns with love for every creature: for human beings, birds, and animals, for serpents and for demons. The thought of them and the sight of them make the tears of the saint flow. And this immense and intense compassion, which flows from the heart of the saints, makes them unable to bear the sight of the smallest, most insignificant wound in any creature. Thus they pray ceaselessly, with tears, even for animals, for enemies of the truth, and for those who do them wrong. School lunches don't help with their high carbs and processing. Did notice I'd highlighted this in the faq chapter of MTD. In one study where viruses were implanted in the mucous membranes of test subjects, some became ill while others did not! This demonstrates that wheather or not you get sick depends more on you than on the virus. Like all living entities, viruses need a suitable environment in which to flourish.. Typically, cold and flu viruses take hold when your body chemistry is too alkaline. Cold temperatures result in an alkaline shift in your body. And the most powerful alkalinizing substances are alcohol, sugar, salt, caffeine and nicotine. Wanita

" sentence is what they have found to happen beyond the study in all metabolic types in northern latitudes when cold weather begins and the person is keeping with eating to type. Mentions holidays, getting together, temps cold and more availability of the alkalinizing foods. It then tells the questioner that eating to your type then and all through the cold season will boost your resistance or reduce the symptoms if you do get anything. The alkalinizers mentioned create the most alkalinity in protein types, those most likely to originate in the northern latitudes. If you're not eating to type you could be adding more alkalinity from other foods not here that you're eating. Like a protein type on anything but a protein diet. Immunity luckily was not a problem with me ever. Maybe its nature's way of saying ok, time to stop the warm weather more carbs in preparation for the cold or you'll get a cold to detox them out. My family and I have just gotten over a nasty GI bug, a respiratory bug, etc. We spent the last 3 weeks being sick. I am so tired of cleaning up body fluids. I have being beating the healthy drum for about a year now and made all sorts of changes which my family has gone along with. Now, get this. My dh is healthy as a horse. He eats Wheaties for breakfast drinks at least 2 cups of coffee and tons of Mt. Dew during the day, eats a nasty lunch at a restaurant or convenience store, loves peanut butter and thinks we're out of food if we don't have pb in the house, and chews tobacco. I think he's a health disaster waiting to happen, the only time he eats healthy is at supper. So why didn't he get sick with us? He has been teasing me unmercifully about it. Kim Brenneman btw there are always school closings around here (rural Iowa) in the winter due to illness.

So why didn't he get sick with us? He has been >teasing me unmercifully about it. He may well be a health disaster waiting to happen, but apparently his starting position was much, much better than yours. At the moment his constitution is obviously really solid, and who knows, it might even last all the way into his old age, but that sort of thing unfortunately dissipates through the generations. Perhaps his parents ate really well and yours didn't, and maybe he ate well in his early childhood. But sooner or later the chickens will come home to roost. It can take several generations for health to fully decline, so it can also take several generations to fully repair it. -
