Guest guest Posted February 3, 2003 Report Share Posted February 3, 2003 i think that i may have my stomach aches figured out. i assumed that a 24-hr culturing w/kefir would take care of the lactose, but i handle milk that has been clabbered for at least 3 days better than i am handling the 24hr kefir. i even handle 24hr fil mjolk better. any insight? tia-- allene in nc Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
