sprouts

In the NT book Sally mentions there are certain vegetables that should be

consumed cooked rather than raw (cabbage, broccoli, brussel sprouts, etc).

I'm wondering about the sprouts. Does anyone know if the sprouts of these

vegetables are ok or should they be steamed or cooked as well? I just

sprouted some broccoli seeds for my chickens and was wondering about tossing

some on a salad. Thanks -
