Guest guest
<<<<Is there anybody on the forum who cannot consume cow's milk products of any kind, but can consume goat's milk? I would like to know. I am very curious.>>>>>> I am allergic to the protein in cows' milk. Clarified butter is fine. All is get is lots of phlegm if I stray (it can be a real hassle). Until I stopped dairy in 1975 I was unable to rotate my head normally due to swollen glands. I still remember the first time I turned my head driving and my neck rotated until the ligaments (rather than the swelling) defined the end range of motion. Wow, what a remarkable feeling. It's a shame that early exposure to pasturized dairy has created an allergic (as opposed to lactose intolerant) reaction for so many. It's a loss.
