I am 27 year old female with osteoporosis and recently been reading book " What your doctor may not tell you about menopause.. the breakthrough book on natural progesterone " Anyway, I was reading about meat and it says that too much protein causes excess acidity.. kidneys need to buffer and then you lose the calcium ~I am concerned here given all the protein that I consume with NT lifestyle jen " And we have made of ourselves living cesspools, and driven doctors to invent names for our diseases.
