Bella, are you a woman (I assume so by the name, but...)? 16-18% body fat seems too low to me for a healthy woman. Isn't that getting into the range where strange things start to happen like cessation of menstruation, etc.? 16-18% is generally considered healthy for a man (not a bodybuilder, just a regular guy), according to what I've read, but women should be more in the 20-25% range.
