I'm so happy to be here!

My name is Nadia and I was diagnosed with Lupus as well as chronic fatigue

syndrome. I have both under 'some' control but I get bad days a lot. I also have

PVD (peripheral vascular disease) and that's managed with meds. Finally, I have

carpal tunnel - I had surgery 4 years ago but the hand pain returned and is much

worse now.

I find it hard to believe I've done all I can for all these things and

believe there are things I must try to conquer these monsters. That's what's

nice about this group - I think we're like-minded and always searching.

I can't write as much as I'd like to b/c of the hand pain, but I'll make an
