Guest guest Posted January 29, 2003 Report Share Posted January 29, 2003 I just got my first bottle of cod liver oil and it doesn't taste bad at all. When is it best to be taken? Is says on the label either with meals or in the evening. How do you do it? I also got some hazelnuts and in the NT recipe of crispy nuts they have to be skinned. But that would destroy all the enzymes, right? (rosting them until skins turn dark in order to get them off). Is there no way of eating them raw without the enzyme inhibitors?
