Chi,

That is a harsh blanket statement, " it was grown for yield at the expense of

nutrition. " I am a natural grower who cares for my soil's health, replenishing

it's contents not only at the end of the year but also during the growing

season. There are many more growers like us. Nutrition is of great concern to

us. I not only grow for just my family but for a community of others. I have

given up a career to do this, it sure isn't for the money. Many growers/farmers

feel as I do, it isn't as bleak as you paint it to be.
