Guest guest
I've been eating raw bison liver lately, as many of you probably already know, but my source has dried up for at least the next month, and I'm desperate to get more. (I know, who woulda thunk it?) The raw liver has made a substantial difference in my life, and I don't want to go back to feeling the way I did before I started it. I can't manage beef liver, though. It has to be bison or lamb, and it has to be grass-fed. If you know of anyone (other than North Star) who has liver in stock, please please please tell me! Thanks! -

Could you share what changes you've noticed and how long it took before you noticed them? TIA
Guest guest
- >How much do you eat weekly/ at a time? I get the liver in packages of a pound or so, and I split each package in half and have half one day and half the next. Then I take a day off and repeat the cycle, so I'm eating about 2.5# per week. At some point (if I start experiencing diminishing returns, I suppose, or maybe if I notice any symptoms of vitamin A toxicity) I may cut back to 1-2# per week. >Could you share what changes you've noticed and how long it took >before you noticed them? I have more energy and alertness. I just feel better. As to how long it took, well, I'm not sure, but probably a couple weeks. -
