I recently read Ron Rosedale's article and am still trying to grasp the 60%

fat concept!!! wow! That is alot of fat!

Some people have said it is psychological.. this is very true.

I used to be vegetarian

... I am eating raw eggs now and coconut.. some liver

Could this group tell me please some things I can eat to incorporate more

fat into my diet.

I am going to the store today and I must tell you that I really don't know

what I can eat/buy these days with so much conflicting information

... I guess the main thing is.... I really am not sure what to eat in the way

of fat

What do you all eat? bacon eggs for breakfast? liver for lunch fish eggs?

sardines?

ghee? What fats do you all eat and how do you incorporate into a typical

day?

How does Rosedale differentiate from Atkins?

Rosedale favors monounsaturates as opposed to saturates?

I work out/weight train alot.... Rosedale is saying w/out carbs your body

will run off fats?

Toby was telling me about Stu Middleman ... how he broke the world record

for the longest distance ran in the shortest time.

~He ran 1000 miles in 11 days!!! Apparently he had trained his body to run

on fat !!

I had only fat/protein yesterday and went to weight train and felt wasted

Am I missing something here?

Guess I'm just trying to find the middle ground here

.... trying to find my ratio for fats to proteins to carbs

... it's confusing cause Rosedale says the body has no requirement for carbs

Has anyone else here read Rosedale's article?

need some help here with all these questions

thanks
