Thanks Dr. Marasco for your input it is greatly appreciated. I am

definitely not preping for a competition I just want to get leaner.

My BF% is 21% right now and would like to get to 16-18%. I have

been able to get that lean in the past but it required cutting back

on so much stuff and adding so many supplements. Basically I am

just fed up eating the usual low fat high protein and no more than

30% fat, not to mention I really feel weird when I mess with my diet

too much. I did a very popular fitness program in the past and got

results but I did not do too well following the nutrition after, as

I enjoy eating somewhat normal( I don't mean junk food just fruits,

vegetables, meat, cheese etc.)and I did not feel too well. I am

waiting for my NT book, in the meanwhile what can I start adding to

my food intake?
